Galen Woerner finished in 2nd place during his first ever MTB race.
Ben Herken also races his first ever MTB race! Ben was joined by team mates Jordan Vanderstoep and Taras Dreszer and Jordan's Dad, Hank Vanderstoep who placed 5th in his division.
This was our first race of the season. Mandatory for our Junior High riders, optional for our High School Team. Galen Woerner and Ben Herken both raced for the first time in this race. Galen brought home a second place medal and was very close to placing first! Also at the race was our other Junior High rider (veterean CCCX competitor), Jordan Vanderstoep and Taras Dreszer. Hank Vanderstoep also raced and landed in the medal category with a very nice 5th place finish!
